MyEHSMomentum Data Deletion Requests

Requesting deletion of your MyEHSMomentum data

MyEHSMomentum accounts are created and managed by your employer, who owns the safety records held in the application. You cannot create or delete an account from within the app.

To request deletion of your account or your personal data, email cduffie@ehsmomentum.com with:

• your name
• your employer’s name
• the email address associated with your account

We will acknowledge your request and respond within 30 days.

What we delete. Where we are able to act on your request, we delete your account, your profile information and the copy of your data held in the application.

What may be retained. Some records may be retained where your employer or applicable law requires it, for example workplace injury and incident records subject to occupational health and safety retention requirements. Where we hold such records on an employer’s behalf, we will direct your request to that employer, who decides whether those records can be removed.
